Returns and Exchanges

At Marcus & Marcus, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied on a product bought at www.marcusnmarcus.com, please contact us at customerservice@marcusnmarcus.com include your order number for return within 7 days of receiving the products.   

We do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Any shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Your refund will take place within 14 days after we receive your returned products.  Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
